Patient Access RepresentativeThe Patient Access Representative is responsible for obtaining all pertinent information, such as demographic and insurance information, that is needed from the patient or representative of the patient upon admission.QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Previous work experience as a Patient Access Representative or equivalent experience/training in date entry preferredTwo (2) years in a Healthcare setting, preferred.Aggression management training within 90 days of hireOther education and experience may be substituted (if applicable) for the required minimum job qualifications with the approval of the Corporate Director of Human Resources.
