Patient Access RepresentativeLocation: 330 Brookline Ave, Boston, MA 02215Contract Duration: 13-week contract with unlimited extension based on performanceWork Schedule: 40 hours work/weekShift: 8hrs; Day Shift from 8:00AM - 4:30PMPay rate: Starts at $23/hourRequirements:High School diploma or GED required.Associate's degree preferred.1-3 years related work experience required.Experience with computer systems required, including web based applications and some Microsoft Office applications which may include Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Access.Preferred qualifications: Call Center and/or telephone customer service experience.Strong typing skills 40+wpm.Knowledge of medical terminology.Bilingual written and verbal communication skillsFacility/Client Overview:Our client is one of the newest contributors in healthcare industry offering state of the art integrated system for patient care.
