Collects co-pay/co-insurance at time of service according to the MUSC policies. Corrects registration errors to prevent front-end denials. Provides excellent patient focused customer service, and communicates effectively to service delivery areas to maximize patient flow and customer service. Answer phone calls according proper protocol provided by MUSC.Additional Job DescriptionHigh school diploma or equivalent (GED), with 1 year of customer service experience. Ability to interpret and apply financial procedures and regulations preferred.
