Job description
Carle Health is seeking a Patient Access Representative I to support patient check-in, registration, and scheduling at CPKH. In this frontline role, you will greet patients, verify demographics and insurance, obtain authorizations, collect copays, and accurately enter data into the EHR. You will answer phones, schedule and reschedule appointments, and guide patients through forms and financial policies while protecting privacy and following HIPAA and safety standards. This position offers the opportunity to contribute directly to patient satisfaction and access to care within a collaborative, growth-focused environment.
