Patient Access Representative (ER Admitting)Location: 1798 N Garey Ave Pomona, CA 91767 Duration: 13 weeksShift: Day (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, 5 days/week)Key ResponsibilitiesInterview patients and collect demographic and insurance informationEnter and maintain accurate patient records in the systemVerify insurance and assign appropriate insurance codesObtain required consents and authorizationsProvide front-desk and phone customer serviceCoordinate with scheduling teams to meet departmental needsPerform general clerical and administrative tasksRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent1–2+ years of: Patient registration or hospital front desk experienceClerical or administrative workStrong: Communication and interpersonal skillsComputer and data entry skillsWork EnvironmentDress code: Business casualFast-paced Emergency Room (ER) setting
