Job description
As a Patient Access Scheduling Representative at Adventist Health, you will be the first point of contact for patients, coordinating appointments across clinics and services. You’ll accurately collect and verify patient information, insurance, and authorizations while using electronic scheduling and medical record systems. In this mission-driven, faith-based environment, you’ll provide compassionate, service-focused support, resolve scheduling issues, and collaborate closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure timely access, excellent service, and a seamless patient experience.
