Job description
Community Care Physicians seeks a Patient Support Specialist to deliver exceptional, patient-centered service in our multispecialty medical group. In this role, you will greet and assist patients, coordinate appointments and referrals, verify insurance, and maintain accurate electronic health records. You’ll collaborate closely with clinicians and staff to resolve patient concerns, support access to care, and uphold privacy and quality standards in a fast-paced, team-focused environment serving New York’s Capital Region.
