Job description
The Wellstar PAS Team Lead position functions under the direction of the PAS Supervisor and/or Manager. The role leads the daily operations of their assigned areas, ensures staffing, problem-solving, and customer service excellence. It monitors KPIs and develops action plans for optimal performance.
In this front-line role, you may cover open shifts, collaborate with other departments, and ensure efficiency, policy adherence, and a high-quality patient experience across the Revenue Cycle.
