## Patient Access Team LeadApply: Louisville, KY: Full time: Posted Today: R **Summary****Job Description:****Baptist Health is looking for a Patient Access Team Lead to join our team in Louisville, KY** The Patient Access Team Lead must be able to coordinate staff and duties on his or her shift and maintain the daily operation of patient access or pre-access areas. Assist in the training process for new and current employees. Coordinates lunches and/or breaks as needed. Act as a leader for their scheduled shift and ensure proper protocol is followed. Maintains patient and employee privacy and confidentiality.
