Job description
Billing SpecialistAssist patients with billing inquiries and concerns while ensuring accurate and timely claim submissions. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of billing regulations, HIPAA compliance, and claim denial reasons. Collaborate with self-pay vendors and support the Financial Counselor as needed. Handle clinic receipts, including bank deposits and data entry, with precision and efficiency.What we are looking for:High school diploma or GED required.Junior college or vocational school coursework preferred.Relevant job-related experience considered.Basic computer proficiency.Strong communication skills.What we offer:At Riverwood Healthcare, treating our patients well starts with treating our employees well.
