Patient Accounts RepresentativeThe Patient Accounts Representative is responsible for the registration of new patients, insurance verification and account counseling.High school diploma or equivalent, requiredProven experience as a patient account representative or similar role, preferredStrong discretion and ability to handle confidential informationComposure in fast-paced, high-pressure environmentsWillingness and ability to learn new technologiesDependable, punctual, and highly detail-orientedStrong multitasking and independent-work capabilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAccurate documentation skillsAbility to follow established workflows consistentlyMonday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM
