Job description
Patient Accounts Representative (PAR) Level IVThe Patient Accounts Representative (PAR) Level IV is responsible for the registration of new patients, insurance verification, coordination of drug cost and purchasing, and account counseling for Infusion patients. The PAR Level IV acts as a liaison between the infusion center and central pre-certification to ensure accurate and timely submission of care plan and procedure codes.Education & Experience:High school diploma or equivalent, requiredProven experience as a patient account representative or similar role, preferredQualifications:Strong discretion and ability to handle confidential informationComposure in fast-paced, high-pressure environmentsWillingness and ability to learn new technologiesDependable, punctual, and highly detail-orientedStrong multitasking and independent-work capabilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAccurate documentation skillsAbility to follow established workflows consistentlyMust be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPointWork Schedule:Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM
