Job description
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Patient Accounts Representative (PAR) is responsible for the registration of new patients, insurance verification and account counseling.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalent, required
Proven experience as a patient account representative or similar role, preferred
QUALIFICATIONS: Strong discretion and ability to handle confidential information
Composure in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
Willingness and ability to learn new technologies
Dependable, punctual, and highly detail-oriented
Strong multitasking and independent-work capabilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Accurate documentation skills
Ability to follow established workflows consistently
WORK SCHEDULE :
Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM
