Patient Accounts RepresentativeThe Patient Accounts Representative is responsible for the registration of new patients, insurance verification and account counseling.Education & Experience:High school diploma or equivalent, requiredProven experience as a patient account representative or similar role, preferredQualifications:Strong discretion and ability to handle confidential informationComposure in fast-paced, high-pressure environmentsWillingness and ability to learn new technologiesDependable, punctual, and highly detail-orientedStrong multitasking and independent-work capabilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAccurate documentation skillsAbility to follow established workflows consistentlyMust be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPointWork Schedule:Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM
