Job description
Fresenius Medical Care North America is seeking a Hospital and Patient Services Manager in Harrisburg, PA. The role drives clinic census, manages referrals, and coordinates admissions with discharge planners to ensure timely, patient-centered placement.
You will work with physicians and hospital partners to optimise outpatient dialysis placement, deliver renal education, and support patients and families through the admission process.
