Patient Appointment SchedulerWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Patient Appointment Scheduler. As a Patient Appointment Scheduler, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments for patients and ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.Responsibilities:Schedule appointments for patients in person, over the phone, or through emailVerify patient information and insurance coverageCommunicate with patients to confirm appointments and provide necessary informationMaintain accurate and up-to-date patient recordsCollaborate with healthcare providers to ensure that patient needs are metFollow up with patients to reschedule missed appointmentsProvide excellent customer service to patients and their familiesRequirements:High school diploma or equivalentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in computer systems and softwareKnowledge of medical terminology and insurance coverage is a plus.
