Washington University in St. Louis in Saint Louis, MO is seeking a Patient Financial Services Assistant to obtain insurance information and counsel patients on financial aid options.
Responsibilities include registering new patients, reviewing and updating schedules, calling for reminder appointments, explaining billing to patients and payers, and assisting with basic account maintenance. A high school diploma and Basic Life Support certification within one month are required.
