Job description
Bridgeport Hospital, part of Yale New Haven Health, seeks a dedicated patient care associate to support nursing staff and deliver patient-centered care. Under RN supervision, you will perform selected tasks and assist with assessments and patient needs, ensuring safety and accuracy in routine care.
Requirements include a high school diploma or GED; CNA/EMT or related clinical experience is preferred. Strong communication and teamwork with the care team will be essential in this role.
