Job description
Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Care Consultant who will be the primary treatment plan advisor for patients and guide them through their smile transformation with empathy and consultative sales skills. You will explain treatment options clearly, help patients commit to plans, and tailor customized payment solutions to each patient’s needs.
You’ll act as the patient’s main contact after the initial visit, providing ongoing guidance, overcoming objections with education and financial clarity,
