Job description

Patient Care Coordinator (Front Desk / Medical Receptionist)Mountain Land Physical Therapy, is hiring a friendly, organized, and tech-savvy Patient Care Coordinator (Front Desk / Medical Receptionist) to join our outpatient physical therapy clinic in Eagle. In this patient-facing role, you'll manage scheduling and payment collection while creating a welcoming, efficient experience from check-in to check-out. We provide complete training and mentorship, so this is a great fit for both experienced front office candidates and those new to healthcare.What You'll Do:Greet and check in patients, creating a friendly and professional first impressionManage provider schedules using our scheduling softwareCollect co-pays, co-insurance, deductibles, and private payments at time of serviceAnswer phones and respond to emails with excellent customer serviceMaintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality in all patient interactionKeep the front desk and waiting area organized, efficient, and welcomingAssist with administrative tasks and accurate patient information updates as neededWhat We're Looking For:Front office, medical receptionist, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience preferredComfortable using computers (Microsoft Office) and learning new software quicklyStrong communication, attention to detail, and ability to multitaskFriendly, team-oriented, professional demeanorWillingness to learn and grow in a healthcare settingWhy Join Us:Supportive clinic culture with training and mentorshipClear growth opportunities (medical billing, clinic operations, support services)Meaningful work helping patients stay consistent with their plan of care and recoveryRequirements:High school diploma or equivalentFriendly, professional communication skillsComfortable using computers and learning new softwareAble to multitask in a fast-paced clinicReliable and punctualCustomer service or office experience preferred
