Patient Care Coordinator–Mandarin and HIPAALocation: Phoenix, AZ 85027 (100% Onsite) Job Type: Direct Hire | Permanent Employment Type: W2 Salary: $45,000–$48,000 per yearJob Summary: We are seeking a compassionate Bilingual Patient Care Navigator (Mandarin & English) to support patients throughout their healthcare journey. This role involves coordinating specialist referrals, scheduling diagnostic appointments, providing patient education, managing care coordination, and ensuring excellent patient service while maintaining HIPAA compliance.Required Skills & Qualifications:Fluent in Mandarin and English (Required)Experience as a Patient Navigator or in Case Management/Care CoordinationExperience with specialist referrals, diagnostic scheduling, and patient follow-upStrong knowledge of HIPAA and EMR/EHR documentationExcellent customer service and communication skillsActive Arizona Fingerprint Clearance CardBachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferredCase Management Certification (CCM) preferredExperience with healthcare software platformsSelf-motivated with strong organizational and multitasking skillsSchedule: Full-time | 100% Onsite | May require occasional extended hours.
