Patient Care Coordinator/Treatment CoordinatorAs a Patient Care Coordinator/Treatment Coordinator at Timberlane Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics, you will serve as the first point of contact for new patients and families, helping create an exceptional experience from the initial consultation through the start of treatment. This role combines relationship-building, patient education, scheduling coordination, and financial discussions to guide patients confidently through their orthodontic journey.Your ability to communicate with empathy, build trust, and provide outstanding customer service will play a vital role in creating positive patient experiences and supporting the growth of our practice. This position requires the availability to float between all four offices as needed.At Timberlane Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics, our goal is to provide patients with the expert, quality care they want in the comfortable, personal environment they deserve.
