About This Role
The Patient Care Director - RN for 6 North Med/Surg at NewYork-Presbyterian will lead a team of nurses in providing exceptional patient care while focusing on improving patient experience and HCAHPS scores.

$170,000 - $217,000/year
Location: Bronxville, NY
Facility: NewYork-Presbyterian Westchester Hospital
Schedule: Full-time, Day shift
What You'll Do
Lead a team of nurses in patient care.
Focus on improving HCAHPS scores through patient experience.
Engage in putting patients first.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes.
Requirements
Education:
BSN required
Master's Degree in Nursing or related field if already holds a BSN; must obtain within 1 year if currently pursuing.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience.
Licenses & Certifications:
Current New York State RN license.
