Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Cardiology Liaison to serve as a vital bridge between our cardiology department, healthcare providers, and patients. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in medical sales and scientific equipment to foster strong relationships, facilitate product education, and support clinical teams in optimizing cardiovascular care. Your energetic approach and excellent communication skills will drive engagement, ensure seamless product demonstrations, and help meet organizational goals for patient outcomes and service excellence.
Duties
* Build and maintain robust relationships with cardiologists, hospital staff, and healthcare organizations to promote our cardiovascular products and services.
* Conduct engaging product demonstrations and educational sessions for medical professionals to highlight features, benefits, and clinical applications of our equipment.
* Manage territory effectively by identifying new opportunities, scheduling client meetings, and ensuring consistent coverage of assigned regions.
* Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients to close deals that align with organizational objectives.
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly, troubleshooting technical issues, and delivering tailored solutions.
* Collaborate with internal teams on product feedback, clinical data collection, and strategic planning to enhance product offerings.
* Utilize CRM systems proficiently to track interactions, sales activities, follow-ups, and pipeline management while analyzing sales data to meet or exceed targets.
Requirements
* Proven experience in scientific or medical equipment technical sales, particularly within cardiology or related fields.
* Strong background in B2B sales with a focus on enterprise selling, outside sales, or field sales experience.
* Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals through effective territory management and deal closing strategies.
* Excellent negotiation skills combined with the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and persuasively.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word and PowerPoint; CRM system expertise is highly desirable.
* Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Leadership qualities that inspire confidence in clients and team members alike; a proactive approach to problem-solving is essential.
* Knowledge of medical sales environments is advantageous; familiarity with medical terminology enhances effectiveness.
