Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Patient Care LPN to deliver high-quality nursing care in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. The LPN will support RNs and the interdisciplinary team by performing assessments, administering medications, monitoring vitals, providing wound and catheter care, and assisting with ADLs and mobility.
