Job description
Chesapeake Regional Medical Center in Chesapeake, VA is seeking a Care Partner to assist nurses in providing patient care across units. Duties include monitoring vital signs, documenting data in the EMR, and supporting daily living activities.
You will notify nurses of changes, prepare supplies, collect specimens, and help maintain a safe, efficient care environment, while upholding safety and infection control policies.
