n nHow you’ll make an impact in this role

nnnDocument patient care journeys and essential observations accurately, ensuring high-quality and complete medical records for the care team.

n

nnSupport patients with essential personal care and activities of daily living to maintain their comfort and promote a sense of dignity.

n

nnCommunicate any crucial changes in a patient's physical, mental, or emotional status to the nursing staff, enabling immediate and timely clinical intervention.

n

nnMaintain a safe, clean, and organized patient care environment, including room tidiness and ensuring medical equipment is ready to support efficient care delivery.

n

n nWhat minimum requirements you’ll need

nLicensure / Certification / Registration:

nnnBLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

n

nnNurse Aide credentialed from the state of Wisconsin obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Certified Nursing Assistant credentialed from the state of Wisconsin, and in Nurse Aide Registry with eligibility to work in a hospital setting obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Additional certs may be required by specific job locations.

n nEducation:

nnnHigh School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

n

nnNote: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
