Job Summary and Responsibilities
nAs our Nursing Assistant, you will help our patients navigate their hospital stay by assisting them with basic activities of daily living and closely monitoring their physical comfort so they can feel safer, more comfortable, and supported throughout their healing journey.
nEvery day you will diligently manage essential patient care tasks, which includes checking vital signs and changing bed linens. You will be expected to remain highly observant of changes in a patient's condition, maintain a proactive workflow, and collaborate closely with the nursing team to ensure high-quality care.
nTo be successful in this role, you must possess a genuine desire to help others feel better, accept feedback and coaching well, and demonstrate a strong eagerness to continuously learn and grow as a care provider.
nnnConduct hourly rounds on approximately 8 to 10 patients, checking vitals, maintaining whiteboard information, and assisting with care as needed

nnCollaborates with RN in implementation of plan
n
nnAssists patients with activities of daily living according to standards of care and hospital protocol
n
nnReports significant observed or reported alterations in the patient condition
n
nnAssists with patient admission, discharge and transfer
n
n nJob Requirements
nRequired
nnnDocumentation of successful completion of a Nursing Assistant training program or EMT program, or completion of first blockof nursing program or Two (2) years experience as an NA in an acute care hospital setting
n
nnAmerican Heart Association Basic Life Support certificate
n
nnAZ CNA License or Emergency Medical Technician: AZ (EMT:AZ)
