Job description
Hartford Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Patient Care Tech to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this on-site role, you will support nurses and providers by delivering direct patient care, including vital signs, hygiene, mobility assistance, and specimen collection. You will document accurately in the EHR, promote safety and infection control, and provide exceptional service to patients and families.
