nWorking under the supervision of the registered nurse, primarily responsible for providing direct bedside care to patients. Integrates the hospital’s mission and “Guiding Principles” into daily practice.
nWhat you bring:
n A passion for patient care; a team player, motivating and collaborating to assist patients reach the best outcome.nn C.N.A Certification preferred.nn Experience as a C.N.A. or Patient Care Technician required.nn Current CPRnnRequired Skills:
n High School Diploma or equivalent preferrednn CNA license preferrednn CPR Certification requirednn One (1) year experience in a hospital setting preferrednnAdditional Qualifications/Skills:
n Knowledge of clinical operations and procedures.nn Demonstrates awareness of current Infection Control requirements and practicesnn Demonstrates clinical proficiency utilizing policies, procedures, and guidelinesnn Demonstrates appropriate use of supplies and equipmentnn Demonstrates general computer skills including: data entry, word processing, email, and record management.nn Effective organizational and time management skills.nn Effective written and verbal communication skills.nn Ability to maintain proper levels of confidentiality.nn Ability to work closely and professionally with others.nn Ability to maintain quality, safety, and/or infection control standards.nnIs this a registered apprenticeship?
