Job Highlights
Provide direct patient care, including hygiene assistance, feeding, mobility, dressing, and elimination support
Perform routine clinical tasks, such as collecting specimens, taking vital signs, monitoring intake/output, and assisting with catheterization and feedings
Observe and report patient conditions, documenting care and changes in status, and communicating concerns to the registered nurse
Support patient safety and comfort, orienting patients and families to care environments, and following RN-directed care plans and safety protocols
Maintain care environment, assisting with equipment transport, inventory monitoring, and ensuring readiness of patient care areas
Candidate Profile
Current CNA certification or active enrollment in a nursing program is required
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs required
Must demonstrate competency in caring for patients across all age groups
Relevant soft skills include communication, critical thinking, and adaptability in a dynamic care environment
