Hartford Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Patient Care Tech to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you’ll work alongside nurses and providers to support high-quality, patient-centered care across our hospital network. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, taking and recording vital signs, supporting safe mobility, collecting specimens, and maintaining accurate EMR documentation.
