nBayCare is looking for Patient Care Techs/Certified Nursing Assistants/CNAs to join our team!

nPatient Care Tech/Certified Nursing Assistant positions are available with Mease Dunedin Hospital in Dunedin, FL. nPosition details:

n?? Facility: Mease Dunedin Hospital

n?? Location: Dunedin, FL

n?? Shift: Full time hours are 3 twelve-hour shifts per week and every other weekend

n?? Shift: Part time hours are 2 twelve-hour shifts per week and every other weekend

n?? Shift: Day shifts 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM

n?? Shift: Night shifts 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM

nPatient Care Tech/ Certified Nursing Assistant responsibilities and skills:

nnProvides direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse.

n nRequirements:

nnnHigh School Diploma or GED minimum

n

nnBasic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (from American Red Cross or American Heart Association)

n

nnA minimum of one of the following:

n

nn6 months of PCT/CNA acute care experience, or

n

nn1 year of PCT/CNA experience in a skilled nursing or rehab facility, or

n

nnCompletion of Nursing Fundamentals (RN) or Nursing Foundations (LPN) Programs, or

n

nnCompletion of a PCT or Nursing Assistant program which includes at least 40 hours of an external clinical component, or

n

nnSuccessful completion of a BayCare sponsored Nursing Assistant or PCT internship, or

n

nnEMT certification/Paramedic license for ER only
