09/21/2026 1401 N Michigan St, Elkhart, Indiana, , United States of America DaVita is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic in Elkhart, IN.

As a PCT, you'll provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment.

Schedule Requirement s

Not flexible: All Teammates are required to work M-Sa, 4-3 shifts / week, rotating opening & closing shifts, working every other Saturday.

Operating Hours: 5:00A - 9:00P Monday - Saturday

Scheduled Shift Start & End Hours: 4:00A start - 10:00P close

Shift Length: All shifts are 8, 10, or 12hrs depending on the day and the need.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care

Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment

Set up and maintain dialysis equipment

Record vital signs and patient data

Educate patients on treatment and kidney health

Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members

Requirements

Accredited High School diploma, general education development ("GED") credential, or equivalent

Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment

Physically able to work long shifts on your feet

Willing to float between local clinics if needed

Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience

Pass a background check & drug screen
