nDaVita is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. As a PCT, you'll provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment.
nKey Responsibilities
nDeliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care
nMonitor patients before, during, and after treatment
nSet up and maintain dialysis equipment
nRecord vital signs and patient data
nEducate patients on treatment and kidney health
nCollaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members
nRequirements
nAccredited High School diploma, general education development ("GED") credential, or equivalent
nComfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
nPhysically able to work long shifts on your feet
nWilling to float between local clinics if needed
nFlexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
nPreferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience
