Job Highlights
Assist patients with personal hygiene and nutritional needs based on the care plan
Perform hourly rounding in collaboration with the clinical RN
Obtain and document patient care data as directed by the RN
Support patient ambulation and positioning according to the care plan
Candidate Profile
High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of an accredited CNA program and active listing on the Illinois CNA Registry or nursing student with at least one completed clinical rotation (written verification required)
Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association
