Job description
Fort Defiance Indian Hospital Board, Inc. seeks a Medical Social Worker to provide case management, crisis intervention and culturally sensitive support for patients and families. You’ll evaluate needs, prepare treatment plans, coordinate community resources and assist with discharge planning on the medical floor.
Requirements: Master’s Degree in Social Work, 1 year of direct Medical Social Work experience, and an unrestricted LMSW/LCSW/LISW/LICSW license. Navajo Nation preference applies.
