Our care philosophy is guided by the following core principles:Dignity and RespectInformation SharingParticipationCollaborationThe Patient Coach/Observer is responsible for performing assigned duties in accordance with NRHN policies, procedures, and standards of care while supporting the organization's mission, values, and commitment to quality outcomes.Essential ResponsibilitiesUnder the general direction of the licensed personnel, the Patient Coach/Observer is responsible for assisting the rehabilitation team in providing a safe and therapeutic environment for the patient. The primary purpose will be to monitor patients and to maintain their safety as they progress through the rehabilitation process.
