Job description
Tactile Medical seeks a Patient Education Consultant to demonstrate and train patients on our at-home therapy devices. You will build rapport, discuss financial options, and ensure proper use of the product through in-person or telehealth training.
Travel up to 80% is expected in the assigned area, with HIPAA compliance and strong documentation practices. Responsibilities include scheduling trainings, finalizing orders, handling questions, and using translation tools when needed.
