Job description
Rendr in New York City seeks a Director of Patient and Employee Safety to lead safety programs, reduce risk, and ensure regulatory compliance across multiple facilities.
You will develop policies, investigate incidents, oversee reporting, train staff, and partner with clinical leadership to embed safety best practices while meeting TJC, OSHA, and CMS standards. This role also oversees the OHS department and risk management, driving data-driven improvements.
