Job description
Axis Health System is seeking a Patient Experience Specialist I to deliver front desk support across its Dove Creek clinics. You will greet patients, manage check-in, collect payments, and assist with enrollment paperwork while maintaining a patient-centered, confidential environment.
The role requires a high school diploma and at least one year in customer service; medical/dental clinic experience is preferred.
