Job description
Axis Health System in Pagosa Springs, CO is hiring a Patient Experience Specialist to provide coverage for administrative operations and exceptional frontline customer service to patients, staff and visitors. You will support patient registration, scheduling, charting, and EHR entries while maintaining HIPAA compliance and a smooth patient flow.
Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and preferably 1 year of customer service experience.
