Job description
BlueCross & Blue Shield of Mississippi is seeking a Patient Service Coordinator at the BlueHealth Baptist Care Center to ensure a positive, efficient patient experience. You will greet patients, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and prepare releases to support holistic health journeys.
This role requires a Bachelor's degree with a 3.0 GPA, excellent active listening and communication skills, and a proactive, service-oriented approach to address issues quickly.
