We believe great experiences come from great teams, and our staff members are always willing to step up, lend a hand, and support one another when things get busy.The OpportunityWe're looking for a dependable and compassionate Patient Facilitator to join our Tyler team. This role plays an important part in creating a smooth, comfortable experience for guests and their families while supporting our team behind the scenes.You'll help with transportation, room readiness, organization, and day-to-day support throughout the facility. The ideal candidate is someone who naturally looks for ways to help, communicates well, stays organized, and understands that even the smallest details can make a big difference in someone's experience.What You'll DoSafely transport guests throughout the facility using wheelchairs, stretchers, and bedsAssist guests with entering and exiting vehicles and moving between designated areasProvide a welcoming, respectful, and supportive experience to guests and their familiesClean and sanitize transportation equipment after each useTransport lab specimens, equipment, supplies, and other items throughout the facilityKeep rooms, common areas, nursing stations, and workspaces stocked, clean, and organizedVerify appropriate identification before transportationCommunicate effectively with nurses, physicians, and team members to help maintain an efficient experienceAssist with room turnovers and general facility upkeepStep in wherever needed to support the team and maintain a positive guest experienceWhat We're Looking ForHigh School Diploma or GEDCurrent, unrestricted driver's license1+ year of experience as a Transporter, CNA, EMT, Medical Assistant, Home Health Aide, or in a similar support roleStrong communication and customer service skillsDependable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentA hospitality-minded approach with a genuine desire to help othersAbility to work collaboratively and step in where neededFlexible availability, including night shift and on-call needsAbility to read, write, and communicate effectively in EnglishPerks & BenefitsNight shift differential pay401(k) with company matchAdditional benefits available for full-time employeesWhy Hospitality Health ER?At Hospitality Health ER, how we make people feel matters.
