MercyOne is seeking a Patient Logistics Medical Director to lead in our well-established, statewide health system. This is an opportunity to serve in an influential role within MercyOne . The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong track record of building collaborative professional relationships and fostering a collegial, mission-focused environment, supported by a thoughtful and data-driven approach to decision making.
Key Requirements
Minimum of 5-years of experience in Emergency or
Hospitalist Medicine
Board Certification
Medical Staff, inpatient, or patient logistics
experience
Extensive knowledge of EMTALA regulations
Comfortability with crucial conversations
Iowa Medical License
Occasional statewide travel
