Job description
Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring for a Patient Observation Lead (full-time and part-time) in Ashland, KY. This leadership role oversees Patient Observation Associates and supports the Patient Observation and Transport Program to ensure safe, timely, and accurate patient observation.
Position requires prior healthcare and management experience. Salary is fixed at $17.00 per hour; full-time benefits are available. Rotating shifts may include weekends and holidays as needed.
