Job Title
Job Summary: Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, receives report about the patient(s) who require continuous observation. Other duties will include environmental tasks.
Education: Position requires a high school diploma or GED
Registration/Certification/Licensure: CPR and Suicide precautions training
Experience: Prefer 6 months related experience
Other Requirements: Maintains unit-specific and hospital competencies, mandatory learning, and any clinical certifications required in accordance with the Staff Education and Training policy GA-057 and/or any other department requirements.
