Job description
As a Patient Recovery Specialist (Registered Nurse) at Encompass Health, you will deliver specialized nursing care to patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. You’ll assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized recovery plans, administer medications and treatments, and monitor progress toward functional goals. Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, you’ll educate patients and families on recovery strategies, ensure safety and quality standards, and support a nurturing, patient-centric environment with strong opportunities for professional growth.
