Job description
As a Patient Recovery Specialist (Registered Nurse) at Encompass Health, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. You’ll assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized recovery plans, administer medications and treatments, and monitor progress toward functional goals. Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, you’ll educate patients and families, support safe transitions of care, and promote a nurturing, compassionate environment focused on optimal recovery and long-term outcomes.
