Job description
As a Patient Recovery Specialist (RN) at Encompass Health, you’ll deliver specialized nursing care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will assess and monitor patients, administer medications and treatments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to support safe, goal-oriented recovery. You’ll educate patients and families on rehabilitation and discharge planning while documenting care accurately in the EMR.
